I accidently deleted this file when using a registery/sanitizer software program to clean up unused duplicate dlls. I failed to zip and backup these files and unable to restore the above dll file.

I would appreciate advice on how to download this missing file from the internet for free if possible. I am not that knowledgeable with computer clitches and request that layman's language be used so I can understand your instructions.
