Use Windows Media Encoder 7.1
go to options, manage profiles
choose profile and then edit
make sure uncompressed is checked
load your file with new seesion choose convert file
start process file will be saved, verry large file
load resulting file into Virtualdub 1.3c
save as avi and its done
