Chord King is now at ChordKing.com There is a pending new release.
It does not name chords as you wish.
It allows you to create them on a fretboard and hear them. Just add notes to the fretboard and click a button to hear them.
You can also save the chords that you create to a database and use them any time you wish in your documents and such.
Chord King is also a database for your lyrics.
There is also a scale study with all of Segovia's scales. And a whole lot more.
Not much is posted on the website yet, but things are progressing at a good rate. It may be as soon as six months to the new release.
