Much the same as I did when I recently purchase the Music Studio generation 5 adn found it didn't work on Win 2000. I have sent the company 33 emails in 14 weeks - as yet, have gotten no response. I say purchase the Music Creater by CakeWalk - I think It's a better product.

: I purchased the music studio DELUXE generation 5 and after loading it, it came up as music studio generation 5.

: Was this the correct sofeware inside of the box? What do I have to do to get a deluxe generation 5 which I paid for?
