Re: Problem getting isong to work

: I bought the Robert Johnson CD ROM and have been unable to get the thing to work. I placed the CDROM into my Dell Latitiude Laptop with Windows 95 and the thung sounds like its going to start up then I get a Window that says
: "You need ability to play back Midi Sound Data in order to run isong software" I don't know what to do at this point and am thinking about returning it to Guitar Center. I also cannot get to their www.isong.com/support website. Have they gone out of business. I'm at wit's end with this thing and am very frustrated. Any help would be most appreciated. I have placed CDs on my laptop before and tey usually start right up. Thanks very much, I'm about ready to get the 12 guage out and flip it off the porch! Robert

Sounds like you dont have midi enabled in windows...go to the little speaker icon right click then click on volume controls make sure MIDI is enabled.
