Re: can't get a signal for midi to wave

It sounds fine from the midi, but the wave on play back makes no sounds regardless of play back level (no signal). It can play wave files, though, as I opened one and the signal was fine. CAN YOU HELP? I played with the plugs on the back of my computer and tried all possibilities, but it made no difference?!?
