If the burner we sold you has failed, it does hold a one year warranty with it, and we will fully support our software and the drives that we certify. If you feel that it may be the cdrw please call us to find out your warranty. We will gladly upgrade your software to the latest version in the event you need new drivers.

: i bought this software through mtu.com. they also sold me a plexwriter burner which they said was compatable. i have a hp pavalion 6830, windows m.e. upgraded r.a.m. the software or burner do not work properly. as i burn cdg's the burner slows down and after a few disks it eventually locks up. whats the problem?
