Microstudio 2.312

I try to use Microstudio 2.312 in Windows 2000
The installation run with out problem but when I try to run the program I get
an error message Unable to initialize the ASPI manager.ASPI support information wan not found.
I already apply the ASPI drivers and the
update. Didnt work..Any suggestion ?
