help i can't start morpheus v5.1.2

it installs correctly but when i try to open it a microsoft windows error window pops up and windows can not open morpheus and has two buttons on the bottom of the window that says send error report and the other says don't send. i use windows xp home edition. so can someone help me i really want to use this program. i have used this program before but it was the version of morpheus before this version. so can someone help me? Thank You
