I bought mellosoftron about 2 years ago using my hotbot email address to get the key.....since then hotbot has abruptly cancelled its email service, and my computer has suffered a virus and lost all data. In this loss of data I lost the key for mellosoftron, and when I emailed them (with my new email address) to please send me a new key they told me I could not get a key unless I was using the same email address....regardless of any personal information or credit card verification. this is completely ridiculous....
