Hello,

I had subscribed to get a free download for 30 days. After I had submitted all the information our ITS person told me that my computer did not have a sound card. I used my employers credit card and now have relized that we were billed $24.00 for something I thought was free.
Could someone please send me a phone number for me to call for customer service to correct this problem.
