nero.HLP file not found

Can anyone help me out.
I installed and ran Nero6 Ultra Edition, paid for it, and enetered serial number to activate full version.
However when I try to use the help, I get an error nero.HLP not found.
Is there anywhere I can download this from or can someone send me the file.
Everything else works great.
