there is nothing to trace- I am not abusing anybody. Sending e-mails to your users isn't a crime- if it was, you would NEVER receive spam mail every day
I have sent one single message to no more than 5 of the users on the med forum, explaining that they should try another software. No abuse towards them, no harrasment, no nothing. I have every right on this planet to send e-mail to any of the users who wish to display their e-mail message. you have no case here.
To no more than 2 other users- I have sent more than one message each, no more than 3, and again, both describe my opinion stating that there is other audio software that I suggest they try.
'Abuse' and 'harrassment' don't even come close to qualifying under the messages I have sent; I have sent normal conversational letters involving audio software. Abuse and harrassment are totally different issues and would involve threats, hundreds of harrassing e-mails, and continuous unwanted e-mails to your users who have clearly stated to me that they do not wish I send them e-mail. None of the 7 users have ever asked me not to e-mail them, and the grand total of my messages to them as a whole does not exceed 10. Harrassment? Abuse? Nope.
ray- i don't want spam in my message box- no one does- and we all get it. I don't want junk mail in my mailbox yet i still get it every day. Is there a law against it? no. The law expects you to throw away what you don't want to read, the same way it expects you to either:
a) block an unwanted address in your e-mail software
b) delete any unwanted e-mail before reading it
you have the right to do all of that, just the same way that i have the right to notify YOU, ray, of this message i am posting for you to read it- it's your choice to read it or not read it.
you always indulge, and will read it.
so ray, enough with your 'abuse' and 'harrassment' garbage, because there is none- and even if there was, you would be expected under the law to do your best to avoid it first before complaining.
your 'users' would have to show proof of abuse, and that can't happen because there is none! they can't 'make it up', either, because this is all digital and on your provider's server, so they have EVERYTHING archived- EVERY single e-mail ever sent on this planet is on file and can be retrieved for any purpose- there is nothing to retrieve here.
