note: haven't downloaded it at all... but...
i saw an option to download a file of 9.3 mb.. a stand alone version... this is what they (apple) say about it...

an Internet connection is required during the installation process. If you experience Internet difficulties or VISEdata issues during the installation process, try downloading the stand-alone installer.

and that's what you should do!
