: Ok I have lost the software for my yp-e32, downloaded the files needed, and yet I stil can not use it. Is this mp3 not compatible with Win XP? It keeps telling me it can not detect the player, I have it plugged in correctly, tested the cable, and all is good. The mp3 screen says Connect, but nothing shows up in the program on screen. HElp ??? I don t know where else to turn Thanks
