I've had the same problem with laptops. I wish I could tell you what causes it, but I don't know either. I've noticed that I can move the audio back up a beat or two and its fine, but this is time consuming and annoying.

The best suggestion I can give you is to get on a computer. I never had problems recording on my desktop pc, but when I started using a laptop, thats when I had that problem.
