OK...I did some research and found that there are updates and tweaks, fixes, dll's, etc. on the Propellarhead website.
If you have a purchased copy of Reason and have a serial key, you can set-up an account on thier website and you have access to version downloads and fixes.
I uninstalled my version 3.0.4, and reinstalled the update, reinstalled Orkster and the Factory Sound Bank, and then rebooted. Everything works great now and I am back-in-business!!!
So, long story short....Propellarhead customer support sucks, but they do have downloadable updates and tweaks that worked for me.
