Weekly Editor's Choice Award - WAV2PIC v1.0

WAV2PIC is a program to create a bitmap file that reflects the musical notes in a portion of a .wav file. The main difference between WAV2PIC and many spectrum analyzers is that WAV2PIC has a higher resolution to even distinguish microtones and give intonation compared to spectrum analyzers. Also the frequency analysis is logarithmic and note-based, literally in tune with the equal temperament musical scale system.
