SAE Institute forges a unique partnership with Numark, Akai and Alesis in the UK

SAE London, Liverpool and Glasgow have teamed up with the UK distributors of Akai, Alesis and Numark to forge a partnership that means students on their audio courses will have access to an even greater range of music gear.

The partnership also ensures SAE’s music production courses offer even more flexible and wide-ranging training and that the three brands will be at the forefront of music production education in the UK. This momentous agreement also paves the way for greater cross-promotion activity and potential for a wider arrangement involving European and worldwide SAE colleges.

“Students studying at SAE already get the best in training and education, including great course content, highly-experienced lecturers and the best equipment for hands-on practical study”, says SAE International’s Managing Director, Rudi Grieme. “But this partnership allows students and staff access to even more leading production and performance brands. Akai’s reputation in sampling is second to none, while Numark dominate the DJ sector and Alesis make some of the most exciting products in music technology. An SAE education really does offer the complete experience and students will always get the best tools for the job.”

Julian Kolcular, Assistant Marketing Manager for Numark, Akai and Alesis UK adds: "SAE are the global leaders in private music production and creative media courses. This partnership enables us to get the latest products into the hands of SAE students, giving them essential new production tools to stay one step ahead of the game. Education and modern equipment are integral parts in training music professionals and we recognise the essential benefits this partnership brings to both the students and the industry."
