Thomas Lang now teaching at The Institute
The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (formerly the Drum Institute) is delighted to announce that Thomas Lang, one of the world’s most exciting drummers, is joining the Institute team as a member of the visiting teaching faculty.

This means that students enrolled on Institute courses from this year will, in addition to the already-impressive courses and teaching available at the Institute, have direct access to one of the superstars of the drumming world. Thomas’ reputation is of course second to none – his technical command of the instrument is simply awe-inspiring and has ensured his tuition DVD’s break all records and his clinics are always sold-out.
In the first instance, Thomas will be teaching exclusively at the Institute for a couple of days in October where he will be delivering a series of classes and workshops and offering Institute students an unequalled opportunity to personally learn from this world-class musician.
The Institute has always been totally committed to providing its students with the best education and teaching, world class facilities and the support and opportunities needed to succeed in the music industry. The addition of a musician and tutor of such pedigree as Thomas further emphasizes the Institute’s position as the leading drum school in the UK.
