Smart Loops releases SL MultiTracks Volumes 5, 6 And 7 in REX 2 format

Smart Loops has released the SL MultiTracks Volume 5, 6 and 7 Drum Loop libraries in REX 2 format for compatibility with even more Mac and PC software samplers and audio software. Previously the loop collections were only available in ACID WAV and Apple Loops formats.

With SL MultiTracks, computer-based musicians and producers can take complete control of the drum mix by discretely controlling volumes, EQ and FX on individual drum and cymbal loops (kick, snare, hats, overheads, and toms). Each MultiTrack groove and one-shot is provided in two ways: as a set of multitrack drum and cymbal loops, and as a complete stereo mix loop.

SL MultiTracks Volume 5 includes the following loop libraries:

- Medium-Fast Shuffle-Blues 1-- 60 loops and one-shots for faster blues, country, rock, and pop songs. 256 individual track loops allow for total control of the mix. Recommended tempo range 115-185 BPM.

- Medium Straight Rock 3-- 67 loops and one-shots perfect for rock, hard rock, pop, and country songs. 294 individual track loops allow discrete mixing of kick, snare, hats, overheads, and toms. Recommended tempo range 70-130 BPM.

- Slow-Medium Straight Rock 1-- 52 loops and one-shots for rock, blues, country, and pop. 280 individual track loops for discrete mixing of individual tracks. Recommended tempo range 65-130 BPM.

SL MultiTracks Volume 6 includes the following loop libraries:

- Fast Half-Time Shuffle 1-- 36 loops and one-shots perfect for rock, pop, and country songs. 203 individual track loops allow total control of the mix. Recommended tempo range 135-200 BPM.

- Medium Straight Rock 4-- 57 loops and one-shots perfect for rock, hard rock, pop, and country songs. 311 individual track loops for discrete mixing of kick, snare, hats, overheads, and toms. Recommended tempo range 95-160 BPM.

- Slow-Medium Straight Rock 2-- 46 loops and one-shots for rock, blues, country, and pop. 248 individual track loops. Recommended tempo range 55-120 BPM.

SL MultiTracks Volume 7 includes the following loop libraries:

- Fast Rock 1-- 61 loops and one-shots perfect for faster rock, pop, and hard rock songs. 326 individual track loops. Recommended tempo range 150-215 BPM.

- Medium-Fast Hard Rock 1-- 47 loops and one-shots for faster and heavier rock, metal, and progressive music styles. 190 individual track loops. Recommended tempo range 110-170 BPM.

- Medium Straight Rock 5-- 66 loops and one-shots perfect for rock, blues, hard rock, pop, and country songs. 360 individual track loops. Recommended tempo range 100-170 BPM.

Additional SL MultiTracks titles will be released on an ongoing basis.
