Tone2 releases Gladiator 1.2.2 update

Tone2 has announced the availability of a free update for Gladiator. Gladiator uses Harmonic Content Morphing (HCM) combined with a large, expandable collection

of standard and resynthesized waves.These waves can be modified in real time using various modifiers altering their harmonic structure,in total there are more then 30.000 different spectra available for combination and modulation.

New features:

- Shared memory support. Every additional instance uses 30mb less ram then before

- Memory is now deallocated instantly in all hosts

- FX and EQ parameters are available as routing destinations

- Bank select support

Changed and improved:

- Program select can now access all presets

- Various changes and fixes in legato and glide mode

- Improved performance, midi event handling and output labels

Fixes:

- Tweaked presets are now restored correctly

- Mono output in Sony Acid

- The editor button would sometimes display a wrong value after loading

- (Mac) Creating a folder while saving presets would cause a crash

- (Mac) Sometimes a crash on exit could happen

The free Gladiator 1.2.2 update is available to all registered Gladiator customers. New users can visit the Tone2 website, where they'll find an updated demo version.
