SafeAuto is looking for talented singers and groups to perform their version of the famous SafeAuto jingle in 60 seconds or less.

You have until November 30 to join the contest. The contest is about recreating, and reinterpreting the SafeAuto Jingle in video format within 60 seconds or less.

All you need to do is submit your original take on the SafeAuto jingle at DoTheJingle.com and you get a chance to win a $5000 advertising contract. The winner will also appear in future advertising campaigns, and other prizes will be awarded to the top 5 entries.

The voting proper begins at midnight on Monday, January 2, 2012. All submissions will be posted on the Do The Jingle site and are open to public viewing and voting. Voting will end on February 29, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. The entry with the most votes will win the grand prize. The other top 5 winners will receive cash prizes and the 6th to 10th placers will receive SafeAuto Roadside Assistance bags.

To vote, you will be prompted to “like” SafeAuto Insurance on Facebook. You can vote on a video or multiple videos as much as you want but, SafeAuto reserves the right to block suspicious votes and disqualify them from the tally. SafeAuto is the final arbiter of the contest.
