The M-Audio BX D2 studio monitor series is the new generation of the BX Deluxe line of monitors.

The new BX D2 series monitors are the BX5 D2 and BX8 D2 models.

Both monitors sport a new look and style, with technical specs and performance that match. They have the same technology used by the high-end M-Audio monitors that specially focus on low range frequencies.

Features:

  • Has waveguide-loaded silk dome tweeters, Kevlar low-frequency drivers.
  • The BX8 D2 features 130 watts of distributed power and an 8” woofer.
  • The BX5 D2 has a 5” woofer and sports 70 watts of distributed power.
  • Rear port is optimized for better low frequency response.
  • Features a pinhole power LED to help find the "sweet spot" position when listening.
