Celemony launched the Version 1.3 update for Melodyne editor, assistant and essential.

Melodyne Editor finally goes up a notch - getting an important update along with Melodyne Assistant and Melodyne Essential, the other single track audio editors of Celemony.

This update contains important bug fixes and a few small improvements. For existing users, the update is easily accessible by using Melodyne Editor's update function.

The update is free of charge and the software will automatically update itself if you use it's internal update feature. Other changes include improved reliability and efficiency, better looking GUI within in the editing pane. It can now also do instant quantize for quick rhythm shapes and changes.

The main purpose of this update though is to provide support for the new Mac OSX 10.7 Lion. The Melodyne Editor can now work with full compatibility to the new Mac OSX's features. There were also important sync and connectivity issues with some DAWs that were addressed in this update.
