Instead of having tons of effects, Mic Mechanic focuses on simple and effective solutions for enhancing your natural voice.

It comes with 8 essential reverb and delay combinations. The reverb effects used on this pedal is based on TC-Helicon's VoiceLive series, the same effects that is said to have been used by big name singers like Kimbra, Timbaland and George Michael. The delay effects include slapback and echo, with a built-in tap tempo feature when you want to set delay times manually to match the beat of your song.

A nifty feature that comes with VoiceTone Mic Mechanic is its Auto Chromatic Pitch Correction. It gently guides singers towards the true note being sung. The pedal steps in when you fall flat or go sharp - providing an organic correction that can either be transparent or used as an effect.

Once engaged, Mic Mechanic listens in and automatically adjusts the Compression, EQ, Gating and De-Essing to improve your vocal tone. This adaptive tone feature aims to enhance your natural voice instead of coloring or changing it.

All these features are packed in a rugged all-metal construction pedal. Changes on the controls are easy to implement and its portability makes it a great and easy fix for common live vocal performance issues.

The TC-Helicon VoiceTone Mic Mechanic pedal is expected to be available on October of 2012, and is expected to sell for around $149.
