How to Update an Existing Software Listing

The following instructions may look a little complicated but they are really quite easy to follow - please pay careful attention to the first 2 steps.

Step 1

Firstly you must go to the page on Shareware Music Machine which contains your current software listing. E.G. If your software was "n-Track Studio " you would go to http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/n-Track_studio/. If you can't remember the software's address, just enter the name of the software into the search box provided

Step 2

Once you are viewing your software page you will find a link under the screenshot.

It looks like this: Developer: Edit Listing

Click on that link to go to the Update form.

Step 3

You will be presented with a form asking for the details of your software. Once you have made the required changes in the necessary fields, you can click preview to have a look at what the page will now look like or click submit at the bottom of the page.

Step 4

Once you click submit the program listing will be held for moderator approval. Once a moderator as gone over your submission and deemed it relevant, the software will then be published on the site.
