Since it is in fact a law, and no matter how I see the situation, I'm not the one in charge, regardless of my point of view. That being said, time to get screwed over paying 20 bucks for a 1 hit wonder on a disc with pretty packaging and a remaining 14 trashy songs. Yep, that sounds good. 20 bucks is better than a few thousands-of-dollars fine. :(
