What about all those people, myself included, who own over a hundred cd's, most of which were bought because of one or two songs. i'd say out of the 100-150 cd's i have ~ MAYBE 10-20 i actually listen to all of the songs.
now ~ here i'd like to download a couple songs out of the HOW MANY i HAVE paid for and DON'T listen to for 1 cd's worth of songs that i DO listen to...i just think it's incredibly rediculous how this issue is being handle ~ to fine and put students in jail for something so minor...they should be spending their time on something a little more important. and for all those musicians who are worried about "ALL THE MONEY WE'LL LOSE" ~ if you're that good, you'll make plenty of songs that you needn't worry ~ example: Metallica, Mariah Carey, Aerosmith ~ if you're good you're good ~ if you weren't meant to be in the business youjust weren't!!
