Tv is free, radio is free, downloading should be free. You can easily record a movie or a show off of television without it being illegal and you can recored a song off of the radio without it being illegal. It is only illegal if you use it for other purposes than personal ones. People who download music are using it for personal purposes. So therefore it is legal. And if you say that it is illegal because sponsers pay for broadcasting on tv and radio and no one pays for downloading, then just get a sponser. Tell the companies such as Kazaa to get sponsers to pay for music being online, then the sponsers can shove all kinds of crappy comericals or ads that they want in your face. Then it would be totally legal, and you have nothing to complain about. Everyone has there music, the artists are still getting paid, (by sponsers) and there is no need for lawsuits.
