True, you can never stop 100% of anything. But you can find ways to reduce it. You could lower the prices of the songs for downloading. People are offering downloads for 99 cents now, so its about 12 dollars for a whole cd. The record companies only pay $1.50 for each cd and they are selling it for $12. This is crazy so i think if we lowered the cost of songs on downloading, people might respond to that and it wouldnt be illegal. So what i am saying is that you cant stop it all together. But we can have alternatives to cut it down.
