From Bose..... oh, they are so renowned for their systems..." no highs, no lows, must be bose".... that's actually a compliment?
And the individual musicians on stage are so in tune with each other's psychic meditations that they can instinctively act in unison and agree on the mix? Give it a REST.
And I love the photo.. of course, loudspeakers on stage, in that position, that are producing enough spl to be heard at the back of the room, aren't going to cause ANY feedback at all, right?
This very concept is unSOUND, and never has the word been more accurate.
Ridiculous. Nearly two decades of mixing bands later, lemme tell ya the rest of the story.......
the band walks offstage, says "how did we sound", someone says "awesome, dude", and they turn to me and say "you saved my butt tonite, man, I was so tired.." or some such thing.
The band and the tech are a team, and it works to the mutual benefit of the audience and the team.....
