Hello .. Could you please help me install my sound card correctly .. I get an error message "cannot open may be being used by another device" when I attempt to play realplayer .. also if I have previous drivers on my computer that need to be uninstalled or deleted is there a way for me to recognize them as previous sound set ups no longer necessary .. without deleting / uninstalling something still being used .. thank you so much for your help
