You were right in saying that napster is all about power to the people; and Chuch D was also right in saying that trying to stop file sharing is like trying to stop the rain. Napster gives the users a chance to find out which albums are worth the money, and which ones should be flushed down the drain. Not all bans are like Metallica and Dr. Dre; the offspring for example, are behind Napster all the way. Napster should not go offline since it is THE best sharer of MP3 files on the net. What would people do without it?
