Well these CDA formats are pointer to the actual vda files, windows 98 and ME will not regnise them. u need 2000 or Xp to have them play with a good VCD player software. PC's generally regnise formats and they take the pointers as the main files and considers it audio files. Alternatively invest in a latest DVD-VCD Player and watch it on your TV.
