Firstly download Cool Decode. Installation is a breeze, but you will need a copy of WinZip to open and install the setup.exe file on your hard drive. 2. Simply double-click on the setup.exe file to install Cool Decode. The program will install. 3. Run CoolDecode. You will be presented with an Explorer-like interface on the top half of your screen, with another section of the screen below. You simply drag your MP3s from the top half of the screen to the bottom half. If you want a specific output directory, you have to change it in the options. 4. Now you're ready to push the 'Decode' button. 5. You should end up with a PCM, 44,100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo WAV file!
