| The End Of Scour |

Greetings,
I visited the Scour website only once.
The first thing i was confronted with
was numerous pop up windows of advertising.
I never went back becuse the excessive amount of pop ups made navigation impossible. Every window i opened at scour opened more pop ups.
While webmasters persist in constructing sites with excessive pop ups, people will either avoid visiting
or use a filter such as Intermute, Add-
Subtract, or Proximitron, and filter not only the pop ups but also the legitimate advertising and sponsorship
from all sites, which means that well structured websites miss the opportunity to earn click through dollars, and surfers miss the opportunity to visit sites via advertising they would have seen, but for the need to filter stupid pop-ups.
This is bad for the industry as a whole.
Scour was a moronic example of bad webmastership and i for one rejoice that they have closed.
As for copywrite infingement...
may the plaintiffs sue the ass off scour. IMHO they deserve everything they get.
Karma, pure and simple.
Blessings,
Frater P.
