Im currently running a 333Mhz G3 iMac (yes the little dinky lookin thing) and i hardly experience any bog down at all... infact the last song i created uses 7 different samplers, a mixer, multiple drum machines, samples that are over 13 megs in size, and a slew of effects... 27 devices and effects in all... with no delay or slow down during play back... infact many times i had it playing in the background while using Internet Explorer. A Mac is the way to go. heheh.. just a little Mac promotion, but what can I say... they are a better machine. take care.
