I just bought Xitel Inport. In trying to download from disk, it asks me to provide a name which is supposed to be my password. Just as it starts to download, it stops and and says I put in wrong password when it doesn't even give me a chance. when I delete that error window, and it asks for a password, it fails again. Help! Thank you
