Sorry Vivek, but there's no such thing. It's fairly easy to convert a MIDI file to MP3, but it's impossible to convert ANY audio file to MIDI. It's like taking the salt out of the soup. Or here's another analog: It's like taking a video of someone, and then wanting to convert that video into the real person again. It's just not possible....yet.
