Of course, Scope Creep has done this, raking in around $325 of Payback for Playback payments for their troubles.

Since starting up in April 2000, the Worst of the Worst station on MP3.com has managed to offend listeners and musicians alike. Just head to the page for users' reactions.

But are the artists listed on the page that bad?

We took a look at a few who made the 'Torture Factor = 10' grade. I'm too kind to offer any reviews here, but below are links to the current 10s as well as their Payback for Playback figures.

Will this spawn an anti-listenable movement or is this merely a fun idea executed well? Or is Scope Creep in it for the Payback, knowing full well that people will want to pass judgement on them in return for the scathing reviews on Worst of the Worst?
