Hi Daniel. It's quite simple (for now cause i suffered a lot to discover). Go to this link: http://www.netac.com/support/download.htm -> this will show you a table of download's links. Choose MP3 Player -> C635 -> First download (driver). You will receive a 6 Mb zip file. Extract the files in a temp folder and run the Setup. Use the Sound Convert Tool in the "MP3 Player Utilities 1.47" if you did not change the default name. Enjoy yourself.
