ive been using the program for a while and it was working fine but now when i hit record, it also starts recording the layer thats playing in the background, like if im singing over a guitar part in multitrack view, the new recorded layer will have the guitar part AND vocals, and if i dont sing, itll just record the guitar. and i use headphones so it means its picking it up directly from the soundcard, how do i fix it?
