I use an MP3 site from a country of - lets say - previous communist tendencies. The main reason for this is that MP3s are the only format I can use to play on my ipod AND my computer AND my media streamer/server. The cost of 'legitimate' downloads is ridiculous. eg approx Ł8 (UK) for a 10 track album from itunes is robbery when you consider that you don't physically get anything for it. There is no transportation/packaging/retail overheads. An artist never needs to physically produce anything anymore. If they got rid of DRM and made prices more realistic piracy would fall, not increase - I'm sure of it.
