I spent a couple of hours tring to find this answer I finally found it. Hope it helps you

Open the Preferences window, then select Plug-ins/Output. Select "Nullsoft Disk Writer" as your output plug-in. Then click `Configure' and select a directory for WAV file output.

The next time you hit the play button, Winamp will start writing a file with the same name as the file you're playing, but with the .WAV extension, in the directory you specified. Remember to disable repeat and shuffle when using Winamp to write files, and remember to change your output plug-in back when you're done!
I copied this from the winamp FAQ
