| AkaiDisk lets your PC read samples from (and write WAV files to) Akai sampler floppy disks. It works with all S-Series samplers from the S900 to the S3200xl. AkaiDisk works with Windows 3.x and 95, but you must have vbrun300.dll (224k) in your windows\system directory. To install, make a folder called akaidisk and unzip akaidisk.zip into it, then make a shortcut to akaidisk.exe or just run it directly. A help file with a full user guide is included. Windows NT is not compatible with AkaiDisk as it blocks direct disk access, but you can use adisk.exe from a plain DOS prompt. |
