All,
Hi, thanks for the great comments about the Mixer. The syncronization problems ARE fixable, they are most often caused by one of two things:
1) If you have a virus scanning program running (usually in the tray) they will often scan any newly written data and briefly halt the system while doing so. This momentary pause will slowdown the recorded track. Most multitrack programs suggest (at your own discretion) disabling the virus scanner while using the program. If you disable the virus scanner and are not connected to the internet, the chances of getting a virus are incredibly low.
2) You may have too many other programs open while using the Mixer. Realtime multitrack record/playback requires a good amount of processing speed and memory. Having other programs open while using the Mixer can result in slowdown of a track. We recommend closing as many non-crucial programs as possible. This includes programs in the tray. The tray is located in the lower right hand corner of your screen just to the left of the clock.
Practically every support email we've recieved concerning this issue is related to one of the two possibilities above.
Please let us know if we can be of more assistance, and thanks again for the great comments.
