Software Description

Advanced Sound Recorder, the powerful sound recorder and editor, makes a complete recording studio of your computer. With the recorder you can record voice from microphone, internet streaming audio, or music played by Winamp, Windows Media Player, Quick Time, Real Player, Flash, games, etc. Advanced Sound Recorder is able to automatically detect the recording formats your sound card supports and then set the application's parameters for the best possible performance. The recordings can be saved as .mp3, .wav, .wma, .vqf and .ogg files. What makes Advanced Sound Recorder more powerful is its editing feature. It can edit audio files as you desire by cutting, copying, pasting, trimmi ng segments and employing various DSP effects. Another useful feature is recording schedule which enables automatic recording, that is, Advanced Sound Recorder starts and stops recording at any time you want.

How long does it take for Advanced Sound Recorder to come in?

Re: Advanced Sound Recorder ?

You'll have to contact the software developer:

which software is best for music recording

i am intending to start a music recording studio based in Kenya and i want you to tell me which is the best software to use in my studio
i will be recording reggae and hip hop
please advice
also how i can get them

Which software is best for music recording?

If you mean free software...try the free Multitrack recorder from Bremner design and download it from this site somewhere.
There are two versions of one which allows you to on the fly editing, track bouncing and mastering - balance, effects etc which I prefer for enabling the musician to adjust the volume and effects and the other (the new version) does not but, it is fast if you want instant mastering!

40 seconds?

thought i may have found the software i need as an amateur who merely wants to clean up the cd's i burn, and make some better segue's....

within seconds of trying it out i get a message that I have 40 seconds...

worked with your program a little more and even though the 40 second limit on recording is pretty shitty and inconvenient, i'm going to spend my money on your product......

hoping that my hopes are not cruelly dashed....

I want software to convert tapes and vinyl to CDs. Lots of programs do recording. The hard part is handling the 'bands' on the vinyl as 'tracks' on the CDs. I can only assume that the Demos that are limited to 40 or 60 seconds, or prohibit Saves, are demos of software that cannot elegantly handle the conversion. I've wasted hours downloading demos that disqualify themselves from consideration after they are downloaded.
