i had a similar problem to yours using nero when it would not recognise my creative 8x4x32x the way i fixed it was be reloading the software and reinstalling it i had to do it twice before it actually worked though

: i have a 12x10x32 creative writer and although my computer recognises them both , nero does not , only my writer shows up on the nero software , can you tell me how to make them work together...thank you.leo
