Software Description
Amber-X is a wrapper for the granular synthesis application Amber, written by Matt McCabe and Jennifer Bernard.
New in 1.1
- Compiled amber and libsndfile under MacOS 10.6.8 on Intel architecture.
- Various bugfixes to the audio code to lessen distortion and clicks and fix morphing among other things.
- Bugfix for a problem with WAV format output in which Amber-X wasn't finding the file to convert.
- Bugfix for a problem in which Amber-X could attempt to save WAVs as AIFFs or vice-versa.
